Lynda is a qualified and experienced therapist with a deep commitment to helping individuals find healing, connection, and purpose. She founded With Nature in Mind after experiencing first-hand the transformative power of nature during some of the darkest and most isolating times in her own life.
For Lynda, green spaces offered more than just fresh air—they provided a lifeline. The grounding feel of soil, the warmth of the sun, the sound of birdsong, and the freedom of open skies became part of a deeply personal remedy. Through her connection with nature, she found space to reflect, reconnect with herself, and ultimately, to heal.
These powerful experiences shaped her vision for With Nature in Mind: to create safe, non-judgemental spaces where others can also feel held, seen, and supported—especially through nature-based therapeutic practices.
“Although I love working one-to-one as a therapist, I’m increasingly passionate about supporting mental health within community settings. Through the lens of biophilia—the innate connection between humans and nature—I see how nature invites people to access their own stories, in their own time, without needing interpretation.”
Lynda’s approach blends psychotherapy with the rhythms and lessons of the natural world. She believes nature offers an unbiased, ever-present space for catharsis, reflection and transformation—and she’s dedicated to making that space accessible to all.
