Our primary focus as a community invested organisation, is to improve the mental wellness of individuals and families. We conduct workshops around plant-based cuisine to impart all our knowledge in the sector and allow you to improve your level of confidence and experience of the benefits of better nutritional health.
The products that we harvest from our Earth Gardens, are excellent foods that we use to illustrate the process fermentation not only as a means of preserving fruits and vegetables, but as a practical and economical way of improving gut health, which is proven to have many benefits upon our mental health.
We also tailor bespoke workshops to our group whether they are community groups, work spaces, private experiences or online.
